SHIPPING & DELIVERY
A SIGNATURE is REQUIRED to confirm delivery on all orders! Someone must be home to sign for it or you can arrange to pick it up from your local post office. IF YOU ARE NOT HOME FOR The first delivery attempt the post office will leave you a notice to pick it up with the time and LOCATION, OR you can sign the notice and have them redeliver it the next day.
Please make sure you include the correct address with the apartment number/ house number. If your package gets lost or rerouted it could take weeks to reroute it back to you.
If your package is delivered to the wrong house please contact the post office that delivers to your house FIRST.
If you have any issues with delivery please contact the shipping carrier FIRST. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH CONTACTING THE SHIPPING CARRIER ENVIE HAIR CAN ASSIST.
Under no circumstance is Envie Hair responsible for lost or stolen packages by mail.
Please allow 5-8 business days to process and ship your order.

If you have an event coming up please order your hair as early in advance as possible to prevent unforeseen delays.

YOU CAN NOT GET A REFUND IF YOUR HAIR DOESN'T MAKE IT IN TIME.

Due to the HIGH quality of our products we rarely ever get an unsatisfied customer.
HOWEVER, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. IN THIS EVENT ENVIE HAIR WILL BE happy to accommodate returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. (This includes combed, brushed out, or tousled with.)
