Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns
We want you to love every piece you receive from Envie.
If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Please note: Earrings are final sale due to hygiene standards.
To start a return:
1. Fill out the self return https://account.enviejewelry.com or contact us at info@enviejewelry.com with your order number.
2. Pack and secure your items in the original packaging.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We provide easy prepaid return labels for eligible returns. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
4. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 10 business days after approval.
5. Returns must be dispatched within 7 days of receiving your return label. Items returned outside this timeframe will qualify for store credit or can be sent back to you at your expense.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original piece and placing a new order.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Priority Processing is available for $14.99. Order will be processed within 24 hours.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Envie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you.
