Plese contact the shipping company responsible for delivering your package. Envie Jewelry is not responsible for lost/stolen packages, input of wrong address when placing an order. Customer(s) assumes all responsibility once orders are shipped and confirmed as "Delivered". We will not refund an order because of a wrong address input when placing your order.
